Do you only provide janitorial services?
No. Janitorial is one core line, but we also coordinate maintenance and managed licensed trades so clients can run one scope through one accountable partner.
Are electrical, plumbing, and other licensed scopes handled by vetted partners?
Yes. Licensed scopes are coordinated through vetted partners with COI verification and permit/inspection workflows when required.
Can you work around active operations and still provide closeout documentation?
Yes. We phase around access windows, protect occupied zones, and provide closeout notes/photos when requested so stakeholders can verify completion.
What types of properties do you support?
We serve offices, healthcare clinics, schools, retail locations, multi-family properties, restaurants, industrial facilities, and residential homes across Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Do you carry insurance and provide COIs?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers comp, and provide Certificates of Insurance before work begins. Partner trades are also COI-verified before they set foot on site.
