Scope and who we are

This policy applies to oasistotalsolutions.com and the online forms used to contact Oasis Total Solutions, request a quote, submit project details, apply to the vendor network or express interest in employment. It also explains relevant information handling when you contact us by phone or email.

Oasis Total Solutions operates from Massachusetts and supports listed service areas in Massachusetts and Connecticut. This policy does not control the independent privacy practices of websites linked from our site.

The information collected depends on how you interact with Oasis.

Information you provide

  • Pages viewed, links or calls selected, form-submission events and general session activity.
  • Browser, device, operating system, approximate location, referring page and landing page information.
  • Campaign parameters and click identifiers such as UTM values, gclid, gbraid and wbraid when present.
  • IP address and request information received by hosting, analytics and security providers as part of delivering the site.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.Avoid submitting financial account numbers, medical information, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive data through general website forms.

Forms, files and website providers

The site is hosted on Netlify. When you submit an Oasis website form, Netlify may process the submission and any uploaded files on Oasis’s behalf. Read the Netlify Privacy Statement for information about its practices.

Some pages display embedded Google Maps. Loading or interacting with a map can send technical and usage information to Google under Google’s own policies. Other links may open independent services with their own privacy practices.

When information may be shared

Oasis does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • Website hosting, form processing, analytics, advertising measurement, email or other operational support.
  • Coordinating a requested project with relevant service providers, trade partners or vendors.
  • Verifying vendor references, insurance, licenses or other submitted qualifications.
  • Complying with law, legal process or a valid request from an authority.
  • Protecting the rights, safety, property and security of Oasis, its customers, workers or others.

Providers and project partners receive only the information reasonably relevant to the service they perform or the obligation being addressed.

How long information is kept

Oasis retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to handle a request, provide or evaluate services, maintain business and project records, support security and dispute resolution, and meet legal, tax, insurance or accounting obligations.

Retention varies by the type of record and relationship. When information is no longer reasonably needed, Oasis may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to legal requirements and routine backup practices.

When relevant to requested work, certain information may be shared with customers or project participants for scheduling, access, compliance or coordination.

Career-interest information is used to review experience, availability and role fit, communicate about opportunities and maintain recruiting records. Submitting an interest form does not create an employment relationship.

Oasis uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no internet transmission, website, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
