General

How we work

Start here for the main buyer path: where Oasis works, what property types we support, and how one accountable manager coordinates scope across services.

What areas do you serve?
Massachusetts (Central MA, Worcester County, Boston Metro West) and Connecticut (Hartford, New Haven, I-91 / I-84 corridor).
Do you handle residential as well as commercial?
Yes. We support both. For residential remodels we focus on clean sites, dust control and predictable schedules.
Can you coordinate multiple trades under one plan?
That’s our core model. One accountable manager coordinates schedule, access, subs and punch-list with clear scopes and photos.
Services

Scope & deliverables

These answers help buyers understand what is included, where to review service-specific scope, and how after-hours or phased work is handled.

Where can I see the scope for each service?
Visit the Services hub. Each page lists scope, add-ons, process and FAQs.
Do licensed trades pull permits and schedule inspections?
Yes. Electrical and plumbing work is performed by licensed vendors. We coordinate permits and inspections as required.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend work?
Yes. Many tasks can be scheduled evenings, overnight or weekends to reduce disruption. Mention your constraints when you Request a Quote.
Scheduling & Access

Timing, site rules and updates

Use this section for site logistics: lead times, check-ins, access control, and what we need before crews or managed trades arrive on site.

How quickly can you start?
Small projects: often within a few days once access is set. Multi-trade work starts after scope approval and materials lead-times are confirmed.
How do you handle access and check-ins?
We follow client access rules (badging, escorts, keys) and send day-of updates. Photos and punch-list are shared at closeout.
What do you need from us before work begins?
Approved scope, site contact, access instructions, and any client safety orientation (if required). We’ll confirm everything in writing.
Safety & Compliance

COIs, licensing and controls

These answers cover insurance, regulated trades, PPE expectations, and controls for work in schools, banks, healthcare, and other sensitive properties.

Do you keep Certificates of Insurance (COIs) on file?
Yes. Vendors provide current COIs. We maintain GL and workers’ comp on file and verify licenses for regulated trades.
What safety practices do crews follow?
Site rules, PPE, job hazard controls and toolbox talks as required.
Can crews work in schools, banks and healthcare?
Yes. We assign background-checked vendors and follow client access controls (badging/escort as needed).
Billing & Admin

Quotes, change orders and docs

Review how written scope, pricing, approvals, photos, closeout notes, and invoicing are handled so expectations stay clear from quote to final handoff.

How do estimates and change orders work?
You’ll receive a written scope and price. Any change is documented and approved before work continues—no surprises.
Do you provide photos and closeout documents?
Yes. We provide photos where relevant and closeout notes. For permitted work, we attach inspection sign-offs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH and checks. Terms are stated on the quote. For maintenance contracts we provide consolidated monthly invoicing.
Vendors

Joining our network

Vendor onboarding stays available here for trade partners, but it sits behind the main buyer path so prospects can move through service questions first.

If you are looking for insurance, trade coverage, or onboarding steps, this is the right section. If you need project pricing or scope review, use Request a Quote or Submit a Project.

How do I apply as a vendor?
Use the Vendor Portal. Tell us your trades, coverage, insurance status and references. We’ll respond within a few business days.
Do I need insurance to apply?
Yes—please confirm you have current coverage (GL/workers’ comp; commercial auto if applicable). For licensed trades we verify licenses and coordinate permits.
Do you work with solo owners?
Yes, if insured/exempt as allowed and able to pass background checks for sensitive sites.
