FAQ

Cabinets & Carpentry: Common questions

Do you install owner-supplied cabinets or only contractor-provided units?
Both. We commonly install owner-supplied cabinets and can also coordinate supply when scope, lead time and budget are defined.
Do you coordinate countertops and backsplash after cabinet installation?
Yes. We can coordinate countertop templating/install and sequence backsplash work after tops are set so the finish is clean and aligned.
Can you work in occupied offices or homes?
Yes. We protect floors, control dust and can schedule phased or after-hours work to reduce disruption in occupied spaces.
Who handles plumbing and electrical when sinks, disposals or lighting are involved?
Licensed trade partners handle code-required plumbing and electrical work. We coordinate scheduling so cabinet, trade and finish steps stay on track.
What does closeout include?
Typical closeout includes alignment checks, hardware adjustments, punch-list completion and a final walkthrough with notes on any follow-up items.
