  • Identify obstructions; snake/light disassembly if needed

  • Re-seat splash blocks (as available)

Minor Sealing

  • Small seam/tailpiece seal (non-structural)
  • Note rust, sag or pitch issues for estimate
  • Report missing end caps or loose miters
  • Guard condition check (if installed)

Do you walk the roof?
Only when necessary and safe. We prefer ladder access with stabilizers to protect shingles.

Are you insured?
