Demo & Protection

  • Dust walls/zip doors, floor protection and negative air (as needed)
  • Selective demo with debris sorted and hauled off
  • Temporary caps: water, drains and electrical
  • Daily tidy and safe egress maintained

Framing & Surfaces

  • Non-structural walls, blocking and backing
  • Drywall hang/finish; tile backer and waterproofing
  • Trim, doors, hardware and accessories
  • Paint prep and finish per schedule

Licensed Trades

  • Electrical: circuits, lighting, GFCI/AFCI, panel updates
  • Plumbing: rough, set fixtures, water heater tie-ins
  • HVAC: bath/kitchen exhaust; minor duct/vent relocations
  • Permits pulled and inspections coordinated

Cabinets, Tops & Tile

  • Cabinet set and scribe, fillers and crown
  • Countertop templating, fabricate and set
  • Tile layout, waterproofing, setting and grout

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We coordinate with licensed trades to pull permits and schedule inspections with your city/town.
How do you manage dust and safety?
We use dust walls/zip doors, protection boards and negative air where needed. Work areas are tidied daily with safe egress maintained.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. We can phase and schedule nights/weekends to minimize disruption to operations or family life.
Who provides fixtures and finishes?
We can supply trade-grade materials or install client-selected items. We’ll capture model numbers in the estimate for clarity.
What about warranty?
Manufacturer warranties apply to products; our workmanship is covered by a standard labor warranty. Details are provided at closeout.
