From request to follow-up

Keep the work and its history together.

  1. 01

    Record the request

A concern is connected to the relevant site and described for review.

  2. 02

    Follow the update

The service team records a status or note as the request is handled.

  3. 03

    Review the closeout

Available completion records remain connected to the work. Your contact can clarify open questions.

Illustrative workflow. Updates reflect recorded information; response arrangements and closeout requirements are confirmed in the service plan.

Account setup

Agree what your team needs to review.

Useful reporting starts with deciding what your team needs to see. During onboarding, discuss the sites, users, work records, inspections, and documents that should be available.

The portal supports the service relationship. Your Oasis contact remains the person to call when a concern needs explanation or the scope needs to change.

Questions before onboarding

What to confirm about access

Is OTS Portal available for every service?

Access, enabled features, reporting frequency, and available records are confirmed for the account and written service plan. Ask about the setup during your walkthrough.

Are these real client screenshots?

No. These are simplified demonstrations based on existing OTS Portal functions. The account names, counts, activity, and notes shown here are sample data.

What can my team review?

Depending on setup and permissions, client views can include assigned sites, work orders, inspections, reported issues, service records, and documents made available to the account.

Does a status update guarantee that an issue is resolved?

A status shows what has been recorded. Completion and acceptance follow the agreed service process. If a concern remains, contact the service team to review it.

How do we arrange access?

During account setup, identify the sites, authorized users, reporting needs, and contact responsible for questions. We confirm the available configuration before arranging access.
