Do you include consumables (paper, soap, liners)?
Optional. We can manage inventory and restocking, or work with client-supplied materials. We define it during onboarding.
Do you offer day porters in addition to nightly service?
Yes. Day porters cover restrooms, entrances, events and restocking during operating hours. They can be paired with nightly routines.
Are crews background-checked for schools/healthcare?
Yes. Background checks, site rules and credentials when the environment requires it. We can limit personnel to approved lists.
How do you handle VCT/LVT and carpet floors?
We schedule burnish/buff and scrub & recoat for VCT/LVT, and periodic extraction for carpet. Signage and access control included.
Can you work weekends or holidays?
Yes, subject to availability and scope. We include it in the schedule to minimize operational impact.
