Oasis Total Solutions is seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to support property maintenance and light repair work across Worcester County and surrounding areas. This role may include punch-list tasks, minor repairs, finish work, and service calls for commercial and property maintenance clients.
Key responsibilities
- Complete general repair and maintenance tasks safely and professionally.
- Handle punch-list items and basic corrective work.
- Perform light carpentry, fixture replacement, patch/repair, caulking, and related tasks.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on client sites.
- Document completed work and communicate job status.
- Identify issues that require licensed trades or advanced repair escalation.
- Support team projects and short service visits.
Requirements
- Practical field experience in handyman/property maintenance work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving and professional communication.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred or required).
- Ability to lift and move materials/tools as needed.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in commercial maintenance settings.
- Experience with painting touch-ups, drywall patching, door hardware, and trim work.
- OSHA and general safety awareness.
- Bilingual English/Spanish helpful.
Schedule and work conditions
Mostly daytime service work; occasional evening/weekend work may be available depending on projects.
Travel: Yes, multiple job locations.
