  • Every job starts with a list review, photos, or walkthrough so scope, materials, and site conditions are aligned before mobilization.
  • Arrival windows, access instructions, parking, and protection notes are confirmed in advance for occupied properties.
  • Progress updates, change approvals, and punch-list completion stay documented instead of handled informally onsite.
  • Closeout can include photos, task verification notes, and warranty details when requested.

FAQ

Handyman: Common questions

Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes. Small jobs have a minimum to cover travel and setup. We’ll confirm it up front and suggest adding items to maximize value.
Can you match paint and textures?
We blend textures and sheens as closely as possible. Exact matches can vary with age and light—test spots are available on request.
Who provides materials and hardware?
We can procure trade-grade materials or install client-supplied items after inspection. We’ll list models/finishes in your estimate.
Do you do electrical or plumbing?
Handyman handles non-licensed tasks only (e.g., mounting, caulking, minor hardware). Any work requiring a license or permits is coordinated with our licensed Electrical/Plumbing teams.
Can you work after hours or weekends?
Yes, subject to availability. We’ll schedule off-hours to minimize disruption in occupied facilities.
