Recent Work

Field proof from prep, floor replacement, finish details, and clean turnover work

These project images help show the kind of prep discipline, fit-and-finish, and protection clients expect when flooring work has to look right, phase cleanly, and hand off without loose ends.

How Oasis Works

Flooring projects without the handoff confusion or prep-detail guesswork

The goal is simple: solve prep early, sequence the work around occupancy, and finish with cleaner transitions, punch tracking, and handoff documentation.

Testing and prep come first

Moisture, substrate condition, patching, leveling, and compatibility questions get addressed before install days are committed.

Tap to view details
  • Moisture testing and subfloor-readiness checks help catch avoidable failures before material is laid.
  • Patch, level, skim, or mitigation needs are clarified early so the job stays closer to scope.
  • Material, adhesive, and transition decisions are aligned to site conditions instead of guessed late.

Phased work stays tied to operations

Occupied-space installs are sequenced around access, downtime windows, furniture coordination, and protection expectations.

Tap to view details
  • Schools, healthcare, office, and retail schedules can be phased by room, suite, wing, or after-hours window.
  • Protection boards, signage, traffic routing, and daily cleanup keep active spaces more manageable during work.
  • Low-VOC options and ventilation planning can be built into the install path when sensitivity matters.

Finish details and closeout stay owned

Transitions, base, punch items, attic stock, and handoff records are treated like part of the job, not afterthoughts.

Tap to view details
  • Transitions, thresholds, base, and edge details are tracked so the final product looks intentional and complete.
  • Attic stock can be labeled by color, lot, and location to simplify future maintenance or repair work.
  • Photos and closeout notes can be provided on request for property files, capital planning, or warranty reference.
Trust & QA

Moisture testing, subfloor prep, phased installation, and closeout accountability under one workflow

Flooring projects in MA & CT need more than installers. They need clearer testing, prep planning, phasing discipline, protection standards, and handoff documentation so the finished work performs and the project stays manageable for the client.

  • Walkthroughs capture substrate conditions, access limits, occupied-space concerns, furniture moves, and schedule windows before work is finalized.
  • Written scopes clarify material selections, prep assumptions, transitions, base, protection, attic stock, and what is included in closeout.
  • Manufacturer methods, moisture requirements, adhesive choices, and low-VOC considerations are addressed earlier in the workflow.
  • Photo documentation, punch tracking, and handoff notes help property teams manage closeout and future maintenance more cleanly.

  • Occupied-space scheduling, furniture coordination, and protection measures are planned around the client’s hours and operational priorities.
  • During installation, work areas are kept orderly, punch items stay visible, and finish details are reviewed before final handoff.
  • Closeout can include attic stock labeling, photos, completion notes, and cleaner documentation for internal property records.

FAQ

Flooring: Common questions

Do you perform moisture testing?
Yes. We can run RH (in-slab) or CaCl (surface) tests per manufacturer requirements. If results are high, we’ll propose mitigation.
Can you work after hours and in phases?
Absolutely. We phase areas and schedule nights/weekends so your operation stays open and safe while work progresses.
Who moves furniture or cubicles?
We can include furniture moves/lift-system in our scope, or coordinate with your mover. We’ll plan a layout to minimize downtime.
Do you handle asbestos (old VAT/mastic)?
Suspected asbestos must be handled by licensed abatement contractors. We can coordinate third-party testing/abatement before our work.
What about odors and VOCs?
We can specify low-VOC adhesives/finishes and add ventilation plans for sensitive sites like schools and healthcare.
