Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in field service operations.
- Ability to coach teams and uphold standards across sites.
- Comfort with route travel and schedule variability.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred qualifications
- Multi-site janitorial or maintenance leadership experience.
- Experience with client-facing operations updates.
- Bilingual communication for team coordination.
Schedule and work conditions
Schedules can include early, evening, and occasional weekend oversight windows.
Travel: Yes, regional travel is expected.
