Typical duties
- Complete hard-floor maintenance cycles including strip, seal, wax, scrub/recoat, and burnish as scoped.
- Run carpet extraction and spot-remediation workflows for commercial spaces.
- Set up safety controls and isolate work zones in occupied properties.
- Document floor condition, chemical usage, and closeout outcomes for each service window.
Skills and experience preferred
- Comfort with powered floor equipment and surface-specific procedures.
- Attention to detail on finish consistency and final appearance.
- Ability to work in coordinated after-hours project windows.
Physical requirements
- Extended standing/walking and controlled equipment operation.
- Safe handling of floor-care chemicals and PPE requirements.
- Lifting and moving machines/materials within safe limits.
Schedule possibilities
Most floor-care scopes run evenings, overnight windows, or planned weekend projects to avoid disrupting client operations.

Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
