Typical duties
- Execute scheduled cleaning scopes including restrooms, breakrooms, high-touch points, and common areas.
- Follow site-specific checklists, chemical guidance, and safety controls for each property.
- Report quality issues, supply shortages, and scope changes to the assigned supervisor.
- Support periodic deep-clean tasks and floor-care coordination when needed.
Skills and experience preferred
- Experience in commercial cleaning is helpful but not required for every assignment.
- Professional communication and reliable attendance are essential.
- Comfort with checklists, routines, and documented closeout standards.
Physical requirements
- Standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout shifts.
- Ability to lift and move routine janitorial supplies and equipment safely.
- Use of PPE and safe handling practices for approved products.
Schedule possibilities
Depending on contract needs, this role may be day, evening, overnight, part-time, or full-time. Weekend support may be requested for specific properties.
Service areas
Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
