Janitorial Technicians support the daily cleanliness and presentation standards clients rely on. This role is a core part of our service delivery in offices, schools, healthcare support spaces, and shared commercial properties.

Typical duties

  • Execute scheduled cleaning scopes including restrooms, breakrooms, high-touch points, and common areas.
  • Follow site-specific checklists, chemical guidance, and safety controls for each property.
  • Report quality issues, supply shortages, and scope changes to the assigned supervisor.
  • Support periodic deep-clean tasks and floor-care coordination when needed.

Skills and experience preferred

Physical requirements
