Typical duties
- Remove construction dust, residues, labels, and debris while protecting final finishes.
- Coordinate by phase with site supervisors and project managers.
- Support punch-list correction cycles before owner handoff.
- Document completed zones and outstanding items during closeout.
Skills and experience preferred
- High detail focus and finish-protection discipline.
- Ability to follow active construction site safety controls.
- Strong reliability during milestone-driven timelines.
Physical requirements
- Frequent bending, reaching, and standing in active sites.
- Use of ladders and PPE as required by scope and site policy.
- Material handling and debris movement with safe practices.
Schedule possibilities
This role is often project-based with flexible timing, including evenings/weekends around turnover and inspection schedules.

Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
