Site Supervisors lead field execution quality, crew accountability, and daily communication for recurring and project scopes. This is a working leadership role focused on standards, safety, and reliable closeout.

Typical duties

  • Lead crews, verify scope completion, and manage daily quality checks.
  • Coordinate schedule adjustments and escalation across active sites.
  • Coach team members on standards, safety, and workflow consistency.
  • Deliver clear closeout communication to operations and client contacts.

Skills and experience preferred

  • Prior lead-tech, supervisor, or crew-lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and decision-making in fast-moving environments.
  • Comfort with reporting, checklists, and accountability workflows.

Physical requirements

  • Combination of field oversight and hands-on support.
  • Frequent movement between zones and occasionally between sites.
  • Ability to enforce safe work practices and respond to field issues quickly.

Schedule possibilities

Most supervisor tracks are full-time with possible evening/weekend coverage depending contract requirements.

Service areas

Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
