Typical duties
- Lead crews, verify scope completion, and manage daily quality checks.
- Coordinate schedule adjustments and escalation across active sites.
- Coach team members on standards, safety, and workflow consistency.
- Deliver clear closeout communication to operations and client contacts.
Skills and experience preferred
- Prior lead-tech, supervisor, or crew-lead experience preferred.
- Strong communication and decision-making in fast-moving environments.
- Comfort with reporting, checklists, and accountability workflows.
Physical requirements
- Combination of field oversight and hands-on support.
- Frequent movement between zones and occasionally between sites.
- Ability to enforce safe work practices and respond to field issues quickly.
Schedule possibilities
Most supervisor tracks are full-time with possible evening/weekend coverage depending contract requirements.
Service areas
Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
