Typical duties
- Execute trigger-based snow and ice response by assigned route plans.
- Apply treatment and clearing protocols for pedestrian and vehicle safety.
- Document service timing and condition updates during storm events.
- Coordinate with dispatch for route adjustments and priority escalations.
Skills and experience preferred
- Dependability in severe weather and time-sensitive windows.
- Safe operation mindset and clear communication under pressure.
- Experience with plow equipment is preferred for driver tracks.
Physical requirements
- Outdoor winter work in variable conditions.
- Shoveling, salting, and physical movement during extended events.
- Ability to follow PPE and weather safety protocols.
Schedule possibilities
Seasonal, on-call, overnight, and pre-open shifts are common during active storm periods.

Most assignments support commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut, based on client needs, route planning, and contract timing.
